Spring Dwarf symptoms on Rose

Spring Dwarf (Cause unknown): Symptoms are noticed when leaves first emerge in the spring. Shortened internodes give a balled appearance. Leaves are short and curved. More normal growth may develop into the growing season. Destroy infected plants.
